Cecil P. Crow, 76 of Normal, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at 1:00am at Heritage Health Care, Normal, Illinois. Cecil’s service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 12noon at the Bible Baptist Church, Bloomington, Illinois with Pastor Todd Harrison officiating. Following the service burial will take place at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington. Visitation will be from 10-12noon at the church on Saturday. Cecil was born on January 26, 1941 in Casey County, Kentucky, the son of Virgil and Lena (Pendergraff)Crow. He married Carol Hoog on September 28, 1958 in Bloomington.

He is survived by his wife Carol of Normal, their children: Randy (Larrieann) Crow of Normal, Katherine Lynne (Joshua Durham) Crow of Columbia, South Carolina and Eddie Crow of Bloomington. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and brothers and sisters: Ronnie (Kathy) Crow of Normal, Ryne (Linda) Crow of Northfield, MN, Charles (Anita) Crow of Bloomington, Faye Price of Hustonville, KY, Virginia Fox of St. Petersburg, FL and Velma Evans of Normal.

He was preceded by his parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Cecil worked at Neil’s Toyota and later worked and retired from Dennison Ford – Toyota as an Assistant Service Manager. He was an avid Cubs fan and was excited when they won. He was also an avid golfer and enjoyed playing at the Fair Lakes Golf Course in Secor and enjoyed shooting trap and fishing. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church, Bloomington and the Clinton Sportsman Club. He loved his family and his cat “Smokey”. He will be dearly missed by all of them.
